Visas for South African and Myanmar Passports

Hallo

I have read theiforum on Visa on Arrival obtained through certain online websites. But nowhere can I figure out if it applies for South African and Myanmar passport holders. We are travelling in August and landing in Hanoi

You both need visas, and at least the South African passport holder can obtain a visa on arrival. Myanmar is not on the list of countries where a visa in advance is required, nor on the list of SE Asian countries whose citizens do not require visas for short stays.
