I need help do i need a transit Visa from DXB terminal 3 to DXB terminal 2 without going through immigration?

I am considering buying a flight ticket from Vienna to Kathmandu via Dubai that requires transfer between Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 in Dubai. Do you think a 2.5-hour layover is a reasonable amount of time for the transfer and so on? In other words, is there a chance that I would actually manage to catch the connecting flight to Kathmandu or is it a more or less sure thing that I would miss it?

@Miri - No, it is hardly a sure thing for the transfer within 2.5 hours. Of course if a single airline has issued the ticket from Vienna to Katmandu, they may somehow whisk you through, but there may be your baggage too. It is advisable to have not less than 4 hours, preferably not less than 5 hours gap.

For transiting passengers, a shuttle service runs between the terminals, with a journey time of around 20 minutes from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and 30 minutes to Terminal 3.

Note that to use this bus you do not have to go through immigration and this service is only for airside transits and runs roughly every 10 minutes.

You can transit at Dubai Airport without visa for 24 hours “maximum”.

You do not need a transit visa, only if you wish to transfer through the inter-terminal shuttle bus service provided by DA. You can transit for a maximum of 24 hours.

You could connect to Terminalsby reporting to the transfer desk at the respective terminal, upon your arrival. You will then be transferred to the relevant terminal via air side by an inter terminal shuttle bus provided by Dubai Airports.

However, we would like you to be in contact with the incoming airline in order to transfer your baggage to your onward flight.

If the airline does not undertake to transfer your baggage to your onward flight you may need/may not need a visa in order to clear immigration and customs, collect your baggage and thereafter re check-in for the next flight.

If the Airline undertakes to transfer your baggage to your onward flight you may transfer via the shuttle bus without going through Immigration and Customs.

I am travelling from riyadh to dubai to hyderabad from riyadh fly dubai from dubai emirates air lines transit time 2hrs 30 mins so please suggest me can they transfer me terminal 2 to terminal 3 with out i take my luggage out side

You need a visa if you are leaving the airport and you are not. You have to approach the transit desk to be transferred airside and your bags should transfer as you are on one ticket
