Sleeping in the desert outside Jaisalmer

Hi,

I'll be visiting Jaisalmer this coming October, and spending a few nights in Jaisalmer. I read about the possibility of spending a night in the desert, camping. Does anyone know how it works? Can anyone suggest operators that could arrange this?

Thanks in advance.

You can reach to Khuri or Sam from Jaisalmer. Many camp sites are there in both the places. You can book a package on spot. The package includes - camel safari, cultural show, dinner and night stay in tent.

After check-in to a hotel in Jaisalmer, take a cab for Khuri. It takes approx one and half hour to reach Khuri

HI,

I would like to suggest the non touristic sand dune safari ,which will be more quite and adventures experience of sleeping on sand dune under star moon . its quite and not crowded , the safari at camp safari are with more people and busy atmosphere .

Most of intentional people do this kind of off the beaten track safari , every hotel or travel agency organised this .
