There is another train which does not run every day is Jammu Tawi - Jaisalmer exp no.14646 leaves at 11 AM but it does not run every day. It runs 4 days a week. You can look to book at class 1A or 2 A. -

You might be influenced by travel times - a departure at 03:00 is hardly user-friendly; but the other train does not run 7 days.

Yes train is safe for woman, you can try with RANIKHET EXP #15014 (Night Train), but very long journey, I would suggest you book flight ticket for Delhi/Jaisalmer.
