Ask about bus JB - genting

Hi there

i am having plan to travel from JB - Genting via bus

i have doing search on internet regarding bus operator and found only 3 operator

Sin yong, V express, 707-inc

Which one is worth it and recommended?

V Express stop at Awana bus and take other transport (car / skyway) to first world?

or take 707-inc that is stop directly at / nearby first world?

Can anyone advice which recommended bus to take?

I am thinking to take v express.

reading bad review on 707-inc, and look sin yong is a "reseller" and dont have bus.

any one have experience travellling JB - genting via bus?

In your other thread, you mentioned about going to Genting from KL (which is easier). Did you change your plan?

It's a long bus ride from JB to Genting, takes about 6 hours.

Out of these three, I have only heard of 707 Inc, mainly on the Singapore-Melaka route. The bad reviews I came across are mostly about getting left behind at the border, or being made to swap buses at the border. You won't encounter these issues as your trip doesn't involve crossing the border.

Five Stars Express is another bus operator that does the JB-Genting route.

Personally, a bus that goes up direct to First World Hotel is more convenient than having to stop at Awana bus terminal and change to the Skyway, especially when you have luggage as there is a limit on how much you can bring onto the Skyway. Though you may have the same issue coming down if your bus to KL (?) leaves from Awana.
