We are traveling along with our child ( 2yr old) to Langkawi ( 4D3N). My child's diet include cow's milk. Could you please advise where can I get hot milk ? Do cafes provide hot milk? Milk powder is an option but can't feed that for 5 days ( include other travel legs).

The hotel that we have booked doesn't have microwave ( I checked few other hotels too before booking and it seems uncommon to hotels to have microwave in there).

It is very common in south india and one can easily get hot milk in coffee shops around the corners.
