Weather in march

Hi

I am planning to travel to malaysia early march , is it recommended? From what I am seeing this month was really rainy , I dont mind alittle bit of rain ofcourse but was wondering if it is heavy rains that would stop me from going anywhere .

I will landing in penang or langkawi

Same comment as Penang. Don’t rely too much on internet weather forecasts. Rain is possible in Malaysia at any time due to its tropical climate but showers don’t last long.

Do you mean this month, February? In Langkawi? Where have you seen this?

There has been only a couple of very short showers and we have been asked to save water as the rivers are running low.
