In a straight line they are two km's apart.
It is about four km by road after leaving the AH150 just after Kundasang.
All express bus need to pass by kundasang to other places of Sabah.
Kundasang can be consider as a points on the main route.
BTW the cheapest way could be by mini bus with no airconditioning n stop along the way to pick up passengers as it goes to Kundasang from KK
Thank you for all the reply! Do you know where the mini bus is located?
For convenience maybe you can consider to rent a car. You definitely need car to trensport you to the peak Desa Cattle. However private minibus is available too if you don't mind moving around a lot. I suggest car rental because its easy you drive from KK city all the way to Desa Cattle. you can still make any pitstop if you like.
Why would you travel so far to see a cow?
The whole island of Borneo is one of the most biodiverse habitats an difficult place to reach on planet Earth if you had made that journey I would want to see the famous wildlife on Borneo before it is extinct, not a few cows Cattle will never be extinct they produce milk and they taste good. The Gunung views are good.
