An over-nighter might make the Melaka outing less tiring. Perhaps tie it in at the start of your trip so you could go there from the airport or perhaps on way home so to speak....

petaling street and chinatown will have a lot of street food and local chinese cuisine. there is also 2 chinese temples here.

thean hou temple is a big temple which is about 15 minutes by cab from chinatown. this is one of the most notable one here.

near bukit bintang, in lot 10 lower ground the hutong food court have many of the famous local food on sale here so make it easy for instead to go looking for this famous food shop.

right behind park royal hotel in bukit bintang you have the overseas restaurant. locals like myself frequent there.

jalan alor near bukit bintang is also a good location for street food. the restaurants furthest are catered more to local people. so you can aim for those.

as for massage i am not familiar with tui na. there is one in fahrenheit mall thai odyssey in bukit bintang. very clean and professional thai massage.

hope this helps
