Accommodation in January 2013

Hi

I know its monsoon in January but can anyone recommend a place to stay for a couple which will be open during January in Tioman?

Preferably with beach views and around RM150 or less per night?

Would anyone also have any advice on how to get from Tioman to JB please?

Thank you

Bee

From Tanjung Gemok jetty go to Kuala Rompin then board the express bus to JB

Or from Mersing jetty, go to Mersing town for bus to JB.

Most of chalet and resort will open on February 2013 but a few chalet running years during Monsoon season.

You can get details about accommodation by click the link below :

Recommended to stay at Ayer Batang Chalet

Mersing jetty are recommended to catch bus to JB rather Tanjong Gemok jetty.During Monsoon season only 1 times per day ferry depart from Mersing to Tioman Island but timings depends on weather condition and low tide.

Dont go to ellas place if you dont want to be bíted for bedbugs, it is still itching after 5 days, and the smell of the bed was really bad , like a sweat of other people, I had to put my beach wrap on the bed to sleep better... But the worst was the bedbugs.. Honestly if you don't want to have a bad time don't go!!!
