Would like to know

1. Cheaper to arrange flight (from KLIA), ferry service, hotel and Tour package separately ?

2. Cheaper to buy ticket online or on the spot for shutter service from Kuala Trengganu Airport to Jetty ?

3.Cheaper to buy Tour Package upon arrival at P Redang or book online ?

4. Good Hotel to recommend ? Obj : Low to Mid Budget. Father and Son Tour

5. Good Tour Operator to recommend ? Low to Mid Budget.

6. What are the must do, must see and must try while on PRedang

My own experience when it was just a day trip I arranged it myself. When an overnight or more I got a package.

Do not even think about leaving it to the last moment. These are unusual times and Malaysians are desperate to go on holiday.

You need to be aware that at the moment Pulau Redang is one of the most popular places to go to. If you do a quick search, say August 25th onwards, you'll find no or only very limited availability. The Taaras for example is starting at over RM1,00 per night which is way out of your budget. Prices drop a bit in September but still very limited accommodation.

It is the same with the ferry over. Book or be prepared not to go. I went over there a few weeks ago and they were only taking people who had booked in advance. Same with the return journey. No booked ticket, no getting on the ferry.
