snorkelling in July, will I need a wetsuit

We are staying on this island in July, will it be warm enough to snorkel around the island just in swimmers? or will we need wetsuits. Thanks.

1. Re: snorkelling in July, will I need a wetsuit

We went to Fiji last July and the water is warm - no need for a wet suit. The trade winds were quite strong on the Coral Coast and snorkelling was not that pleasant although I still enjoyed it. However the weather was warmer on the Nadi side of Fiji and on the Island we visited (Tivua) and the snorkelling was amazing here. Just a note unless the resort pool is heated they are quite cold at this time of year.
