Denver to BC

I am flying into Denver and am curious how long it may take to shuttle from DEN to Avon (Westin Resort). I am looking into Colorado Mountain Express as a shuttle option, any word on their performance?

Also, does anyone know if BC offers 1-day lift tickets in January?

Thanks in advance for responses!

It normally takes about 2 hours to get from DIA to Avon by car, but you will have to consult CME. It will depend on their number of drop-offs, the weather, road conditions, etc. CME is your best option.

Yes, 1 day tickets are always available.

CME is fine, the drivers are good, and if you do not want to drive, it is the just about the only option to the Avon/ Beaver Creek area. If you are coming in October/ November, shuttles depart from DIA less frequently - maybe every 60-90 minutes rather than every 30 minutes during the ski season. Drive time is about 2 hours, depending on how many stops are made before hand. Figure on being in the van for 3 hours with a rest stop of about 15 minutes and dropping off other passengers. It is a scenic drive along I-70 - enjoy. And be sure to bring a swimsuit as the Westin has a fantastic swimming pool.
