Lift Tickets

Flying in Wednesday, and skiing Friday - Sunday. Just read online that tickets need to be purchased 7 days in advance? Say what? Price goes from $288 to $465? Is that right.

In general, at Vail Corp resorts, buying 7 days in advance is the chespest.

Just like pretty much everything, you're going to save by purchasing in advance. Same with equipment rental. Are you talking about a weekend yet this year or next year? $465 is pretty much the walk-up rate at Vail during peak periods.

Have fun.

as TandC said in your other post you are not required to buy in advance. The only advantage ind doing so is getting the discount. There is still a walk up window to purchase lift tix. Buying a 3 day multi day will save you some.
