Foxwoods - slots at the bar?

I am trying to remember if there is a bar that you can sit at that has video poker or slots to play while you have a drink. I can't remember if it was the Mogehan or Foxwoods that had this option. I like to be able to sit at the bar and have a drink and play the slots/poker at the same time. It's great too because they give you free drinks (reg. sized) as long as you are gambling. Can anyone tell me if this is Foxwoods or Mohegan? I am going to Foxwoods this weekend and I was hoping someone could tell me. Thanks!

I'd recommend Mohegan sun specifically for this. (I do the same with the wife). Foxwoods only has one bar and I don't think it had video poker machines. Mohegan has at least 5 bars with free drinks and machines.

Thank You - I was afraid of that. I had a feeling it was the Mohegan. I guess we will be going there next time since we have all ready made reservations at Two Trees. Do you have any recommendations for inexpensive hotels near the Mogehan? Maybe I can change my reservations. We will be playing Bingo in the morning and then i would like to have a few drinks and play some slots and the Mohegan seems like the best bet for that.

There are several decent prized hotels near Mohegan. The MicroTel is the closest and has free shuttle service. There is also a Best Western and a Red Roof Inn nearby. The 2 casinos are only about 15 minutes apart, so you could still play at Mohegan and stay at Foxwoods!

If you care for Bingo, that is exclusively at Foxwoods as Mohegan Sun does not offer it. You could always drive to Foxwoods as it will be morningtime, then come back to a hotel at Mohegan Sun. Mohegan Sun is not cheap, but during the weekdays the rooms are $189 with a special (see their website Re: packages). Anywhere from $349-$500 on the weekends The closest hotel to MS is the Best Western Cristata Inn. It is very nice and clean and usually runs under $100 for sunday-thurs, and $189 Fridays and Saturdays. Book early for weekends. Also is the Microtel Suites. The Best Western has free limo service to and from Mohegan, Microtel a shuttle van. I do NOT recommend the Holiday Inn or Marriott Norwich based on reviews here. The transportation is unreliable to and from the casinos at these hotels.
