Pensacola Beach Activities Question

We have decided to come to Pensacola Beach this June. I have researched some of the activities available but would like any other comments, suggestions. We will have our children who are 11, 15 with us. We want to visit the Naval Museum, Ft. Pickens - we like to miniature golf (any suggestions?) and we like to do the dolphin cruises (any suggestions on which one to do?). We usually go to dinner in the evenings, walk around the shops. Any other activities we should do? I know there is a zoo - is it Gulf Shores? Is that a far drive? Thanks for any input!

The zoo is on route 98 in Gulf Breeze. You will go east on 98 coming from Pensacola Beach but when you come back, turn right out of the zoo and return by route 399 at the Navarre Beach bridge. The drive from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach (or vice versa) is about 7 miles of fabulous undeveloped national seashore that everyone should see. We've also rented bikes to ride this stretch.
