Beach Rules

Does anyone know the beach rules or know where I can find a list of them?

Vero Beach city ordinances govern the city's three beach parks, Jaycee, Humiston, and South Beach.

In short, the beach parks do have hours (for South Beach, 7 am to 10 pm, but it seems OK to show up before 7). No dogs or other pets. No surfing or skim boarding in the swimming zone.

Outside the beaches (and outside city limits) people normally walk their dogs on beaches.

Tracking Station Park and Round Island Park are county parks, so they're governed by county ordinances.
