I booked two rooms with Hotwire and then after I know the hotel's name, I search this hotel (Holiday Inn At Grand Island ,NY)
on the internet. I realize it's haunted, not just one person, lots of
people saying that.
I called them and hope I could rebook another 3* hotel in the area,
since it's their fault to put a haunted hotel in their list. They said no change , no refund.
People book rooms from Hotwire don't know the hotel's name . After you pay , then you know the name. Then it will be all too late,
because it's not refundable, or changable.
It's $240 value, I'm really dissapointed at Hotwire.com.
Is there any way I can get money back? Somebody help Pls!!!!
