So visiting Thorpe park haven in July. Is it worth a visit to pleasure island? Can anyone recommend anything else to do near by going 2 adults and a 10 year old X
There is plenty of things to do in Cleethorpes. It's a seaside resort offering many of things.
If you are here during the weekend there may be some events on.
Failing that you have....
The beach area, Amusements, Crazy Golf, Leisure Centre, Bowling Alley, Cinema, Boating Lake, Minatare Railway, Pleasure Island, Jungle Zoo ect ect
I can't comment on Pleasure Island as I've not been for 8-10 years. One thing you need to do is pop to the famous Steels Restaurant for fish and chips!!
It's ok, nothing like the big theme parks, but the rides are ok and the queues short. Have a look on groupon as there is a good deal for tickets at the moment, just check your dates are covered.
