All the Railroad attractions in Strasburg are open Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is closed

iF you have young kids, Dutch Wonderland is open

All three of the re-created Amish houses (Amish ExPerience, Amish Farm and Amish Village) are open

Of course there won't be any Amish people there, but then, there never are.

Some of the bus tours into the actual farmland run Sunday, but it is not the full experience, since the Amish and Mennonite busineses are closed Sunday

Almost all craft and quilt shops are closed. The quilt shop at Miller;s, on Route 30 next to Millers Smorgasboard is open Sunday.

Some of the buggy rides are open, but with non-Aish drivers.

And, of course , the outlets are all open , as Mitmot says

The dinner theaters/ shows are mostluy open. Sight and Sound is closed, of course

Landis Valley Museum, a living history site that shows the early German culture in PA, is open on Sunday.

The Ephrata Cloister is also open on Sunday.

http://ephratacloister.org/

I have visited both sites and thoroughly enjoyed the visits - very informative if you enjoy history.

If you want to drive to the Hershey area, there are many options for a Sunday - Hersheypark (in season), The Hershey Story, Hershey Gardens, Chocolate World, Hershey Trolley Works tour, Antique Auto Museum, and Indian Echo Caverns.
