One word of warning about these types of weddings, be mindful of the outside noise around the place. Many "wedding chapels" are right on main highways, with little to buffer the noise. We attended one of these weddings this past spring, and I swear there was a loud motorcycle (apparantly every Harley in the southeastern US was in this town that day), 18-wheeler, and/or emergency vehicle with siren on, passing through every 2-3 minutes. It totally disrupted the ceremony. Realize that in mountain towns -- weekend traffic may be much different than what you find during weekdays. And the only other advice I can give you is (watch everyone freak out): Have a nice wedding, but dont go overboard on expense. The whole day will be a blur, and you will barely remember any of it. I have had friends who spent well over $10-20k, and then wondered what they spent the money on --- save your money for the honeymoon, or a downpayment on a home. Good Luck
