My hubby and I are going to Goblin Valley State Park in the next week and wanted to find a primitive place to camp with our RV. Where is the best place to camp that will allow us some privacy and have room for our 29 ft. RV. We don't need hook ups or facilities. Just want a place to camp that is close to hiking but somewhat private.

Welcome to the forum. Look along Temple Mountain Road north of Goblin Valley a few miles. You'll likely be on it getting to Goblin Valley. That road is somewhat frequently traveled so you might not have the privacy you desire. There's another road off Temple Mountain that goes behind the reef to Crack and Chute Canyon and the back side of Little Wild Horse and Bell Canyons. Lots of privacy back there. Maybe a bit of distance to Goblin Valley, but really nice country. And it will keep you away from the LWHC traffic on the other side closer to Goblin Valley.

Have fun.
