Anything from sunny and 15-16 degrees (celsius), to torrential rain, high winds, and less than 2 degrees.

Remember, this is the place that nearly killed Lewis and Clark's party when they wintered there! When you're an explorer and you start naming places like "Dismal Nitch" that's not a good thing.

Just bring layers, make sure the outer layer is truly water proof, not water resistant, and you'll be ready for anything.

Is this your first visit to Astoria? www.oldoregon.com is a nice website for the area. Let me know if you would like dining suggestions! :).

Hi, I live on the Oregon coast, although not quite as far north as Astoria. The weather there is not too dissimilar than London, although it rains about twice as much.

Early November can be decent or miserable. It rarely freezes that early in the winter, and daytime highs are often around the mid 50's (12º C). Expect rain but maybe you'll get lucky!

We were in Astoria last year during the first week of November; we had one very rainy day and the rest were pleasant :-)

Syrahgirl, how is the weather now at your home in Calif?
