“Rubbish from previous flight were still every where”

The whole experience was okay, just like any other low cost flight. I have noticed in 2 flights there were wastes from the previous flights on the floor, under seats and etc. That was not very pleasant. The local staff asked passengers to check in the cabinet luggage before on board, but due to he only speaks Spanish and some passengers did not understand what they were asked, the situation was in chaos. And the attitude of that staff was so unprofessional, he shouted at all the passengers, very rude. Passengers complained to the hostess, but no feedback.

Nothing much to report except that the stop over in Madrid on the return trip was delayed by just under three hours!

This was a pleasant, 45-minute flight operated by Air Nostrum with adequate seats and kind flight attendants. The security and boarding procedures take almost as long as the flight itself,

Iberia Express has probably smallest legroom of all airlines in Europe. It is impossible to imagine how they can evacuate the aircraft in under 3 minutes in a case of emergency when passengers can barely move in their seats! The value for money is very poor on this route, too. No food, snack or drink is included in the price and the selection from the onboard menu is rather poor. Travelling on Iberia Express resembles flights on non-frills airlines, and the benefit of using this airline is its association with One World Alliance, which offers through ticketing and code-share agreements.

When i checked in i was asked to show the credit card i paid my flight with. Unfortunately for me this card was expired 5 months ago so obviously i didn’t have it with me as I throw it away a long time ago. So they gave me the phone number of the office and i had to call. They explained that i had to cancel my flight tickets and rebook it and that there was a charge for this. Total cost £25, because i also had to pay the difference for the ticket... not to mention the phone call to spain that lasted more than 20 minutes... I travel all the time with different airlines and i never came accross such a useless policy, for this reason i will never use ibera again, because they are thieves.
