We arrived just in time to the airport in Taipei, checked in and passed the security to arrive exactly at the time when boarding should start. This was all quite fine, beside the long line on the check in counter.
But then we had to wait for a long time in front of the gate. It seems that a flight before us was delayed and caused our delay. In the end we arrived approx. 2 hours late in Wuxi and I am wondering why the did not just changed our gate (anyway they brought us to the aircraft by bus).

This flight was quite fine. Event I though we will not do it in time, as the check in counter just opened 1:20 hr before flight and there was a loooong line. But we took-off in time, the flight was smooth and even the food was good. The service was standard but the staff very friendly

Great domestic flight. Actually I have being travel with Uni Air for two trips which are from Taichung to Makung and from Makung to Kaohsiung. Both flights are satisfactory, reasonable ticket price with newly ATR 72-600 plane. Cabin is clean, legroom space is decent. I was so surprise that just a short flight (about 30 - 40 mins) and Uni Air has provided free in flight drinks! There is no IFE provided due to short trip but there is a in flight magazine in each of the seat.
Taichung and Makung Airport check in process is fast, check in staff is friendly and helpful. Another thing has to be highlight was once we received our check in baggage in the destination airport, the group staff will need you to submit the baggage tag to them and double confirm we collect the right baggage. This is a valued added service that can avoid other passenger wrongly take our baggage.
