been trying to claim for 5hrs 40mins since 2015 ignorant airline do no t answer after filling in forms I have even e mailed tui who use ASL but they don't reply despite poor reviews on trip advisor and contacted Spanish aviation authority and martin lewis resolver

Delayed coming back from zakinthos last August after sending compensation forms off and many follow up emails with no reply still waiting

Our plane was delayed 11 hours from Kos to Manchester. Olympic was our travel company who dumped up with Swiss air at the airport when our flight was cancelled. Maggie the rep could have not been more unhelpful. We were taken to a hotel in Kos Town for the night with no information. Herded to rooms like cattle with no food or drink. The following morning we were told by other passengers buses were here to take us back to the airport. Some people were left behind & had to get taxis. We have all lodged claims with ASL Airlines & are all waiting for compensation. You either get an automated response or nothing at all we have asked olympic to help us but even they don’t seem to get anywhere. I have contacted Resolver (Martin Lewis website) & I am now on the 3rd stage where they are contacting Hellenic Aviation Authority as they have not responded so far. Don’t hold out much hope but won’t give up. Do not use this airline as they do not care about their passengers & if you get delayed it is a nightmare to get compensation. I cannot understand how they are allowed to get away with not paying out.

Started a process for compensation back in Oct/ Nov last year and after eventually getting a reply and sending off all the relevant details they asked for I eventually received email asking for my bank details and and sign off release forms, all these were sent bank to them and bank details passed on but have not received any compensation and after countless emails now no response at all. Total disgrace

Put in for compensation for delayed flight,was told in Nov would receive it by 10th Jan. Emailed them week after week and still no reply to why my money isn't in yet.They are so ignorant not getting back to people to explain why it isn't in.Im not giving up I have contacted Martin Lewis to see if they can sort it out.
