One of the worst experiences before. Cant even checkin online arrive the airport before one hour say counter close. Ask the office people they can't even give an answer. Is better to close down this company if they can't even handle their employees.

My mom and I originally checked in with seats 3A and 3B, but during boarding, they changed our seats to 27A and 27B, citing reasons like balance or something similar. However, we saw other people still sitting in the front row. Unfair.
I’ve never been so impressed by an airline! My baggage was slightly overweight and this was no problem! The crew were very friendly & handed out snacks for us when the flight was only 45 minutes.

The worst airlines company ever to fly with , always delay , reschedule and also canceling people's flight , reschedule to the next day or even worst midnight, cancel people's flight still can as them to cancel their tickets and only pay less than half for refunding, also also no redemptions , we advice passengers from the whole world to not book tickets from firefly airlines , this is a scam , cheater , cheat passengers money , wasted my 220.8 SGD 🤡🤡🤡

Don't book any flights at this subsidiary Airline company if you...
...don't want to wait numerous amount of hours for the flight because of cancellation or unexplained delays (both ways)
...want to get the service you paid
...even when our flight is cancelled or delayed the customer service didn't provide us anything (e.g. partially refund, directly offer another option to get to the booked destination), the only information they provide us, is the fact, that our flight is cancelled and we would have to wait 6 hours for the next flight. I assume, it's their daily business to inform people about their cancellation.
