No customer service. I had an issue with a leg of travel plans. Tried and tried to get my flight changed, we'll did twice but they messed it up both times and had to cancel my flight. Ended up having to buy a last minute (first class) ticket for $6,400 with another airline and eat the cost of the ANA first class ticket. Tried and tried to talk to someone but would never get to anyone that could do anything. Eventually started emailing corporate staff and executives and never from no one got a reply or any help. Then they lied to my insurance company, I provided proof they lied, and was still told I would have to take them to court to get my original airfare back.
