“Another great flight”
Review of British Airways

Reviewed 14 December 2017

Now i can only say as i find , and to be honest thats why i use them . Another great flight. Very good check in , no waiting about , strait through cuusroms / security , and onto fortnum and mason for pre-flight breakfast , this has become a sort of tradition with us when we fly from heathrow. Now the flight , we had a 767 so loads of room , great seats and no delays, great steward service , came round with drinks twice ,well done cabin crew , great flight and great service through out , return journey just has good slight delay because of snow in the midlands but not to long only twenty five minutes. But always plenty to look at edinburgh airport, will use ba again , in fact we are in February we are off to florence for valentines day, all in all great trip & service, side note whats up with tripadvisor it wont let me rate leg room , comfort etc etc , but all were great

BA have fallen far from grace in recent years . Check in at London was okay not long lines but only due to flight time. The plane was small cramped and cold and over booked. Staff seemed busy as though they didn’t have enough staff.
Return flight was the nightmare. BA have been placed in a corner at Ewr airport. Check in staff rude . Flight was delayed almost an hour. Boarding was a rushed event. The plane was cold. Food was awful kind of matched mood of the crew . BA needs to rethink things instead of thinking of profit think of the paying customer.

Good food, wine and drinks included. Great selection of movies, music, and other audio entertainment, also included in the fare. The seats recline a good amount without crowding the person behind you. The flight attendants were friendly ant helpful. The flight took off and landed on time, and both landings were incredibly smooth. In fact I didn't even feel the plane touch down at JFK. British Airways is much better all around than any other airline, in my experience.

The scheduled service from Billund to Manchester is by British Airways.....or rather by Sun-Air, who is a BA franchiser.
Sun-Air flies the Dornier 328 aircraft, one of the smallest jet aircraft available with only 32 seats on board. They are not new, they are not big, they are not roomy.....
But they are cosy little aircrafts.
And.....they have what is almost becoming the legendary Sun-Air onboard service.
Our flight had a very nice east-european flight attendant who spoke fluently english and Danish. She performed her pre-departure checks with no fuzz and did a nice welcome briefing.
We relaxed in the nice seats onboard this morning flight in the very clean aircraft.
Once airborne, almost on time, we were offered a glass of water or juice beford we got the full morning service with full size baker made breadrolls, cheese, jam and a tasty local yougurt. Hot well made coffee was poured in our ceramic coffee cups! Very nice standard catering of Sun-Air.
The enroute briefing was though standard, good and imformative and we made it into Manchester on time.
All in all a nice start on a long journey to Hong-Kong later on.

Ah a good old British Airways flight out to Nice early summers evening we departed on time. The service was great we were in a 737 and ao seemed to have lots of staff. I think the flight duration was approximate hour and half. We did hit some turbulence going over the Alps. I was fortunate I sat on the left side of the plane with a window seat and had the most amazing view of the French Riveria - the coast looks magnificent whilst flying past at a low level.
Heathrow airport is also a very smart airport really like flying from here it always adds to the excitement
