A pleasant flight travelling in Business Class. The service was very good as was the selection of refreshments throughout the flight.

Ground staff tried to move me to Premium economy from business class and offered 200 pounds.Reason was overbooking by 3 seats in business class. She tried to tell me that I did not buy a seat ahead of time and not having a confirmed seat. When I refused somehow she found a seat in business class.I think this is a scheme they are trying to get more money for each seat.Shame on BA which used to be a premium airlines. Not anymore.

Flew to Cape Town for Business on a day trip with BA return. Flight was 10 minutes late due to operational reason. I relaxed and due to the extra legroom, I was able to read a book and do some work on my computer. The Cabin attendant served a healthy snack comprising of seaded bread with chicken. I am very comfortable travelling BA.

Having been used to travel with British Airways to Cairo over the years, the A321 is a cosy though comfortable just enough compared to the 747s that used to cover this route some years ago.
The food and drinks service are very good and the low calorie for me was a real treat.
The pilots were spot on both ways , got there 30 minutes earlier than planned , around mid-night. Entertainment contained a collection of international films and cultures, you can check what is showing on the ba app before you fly
Certainly another positive experience with BA, Can't wait for next trip , may be on a bigger plane.
