When we were preparing to leave Boston, there were 60 MPH winds and the catering vendor could not get the food loaded on our flight so we were given vouchers and told to go to the food court to get food for the flight. In addition, due to the winds, they were unable to open the cargo doors to load the baggage. After about an hour delay, they decided to move the plane to a different gate where it might be more protected, and they were able to get the luggage on board. We boarded and were told we were taking off under full power and it might be a bumpy ride. We did and it was, but the pilot and crew were very good about communicating and we had an uneventful flight after that. However, due to the delays in Boston, we missed our connecting flight at Heathrow and the next one wasn't until the next day. BA gave us vouchers for shuttles, hotel, and meals and rescheduled our return trip out two days with no extra fees. We went to check in, then took advantage of the serendipity of being able to explore London a bit! We took the tube from our hotel (near the airport) and jumped on a Hop-on-hop-off bus (see my other review for details of that experience). We made our flight the next morning and were off to our original itinerary for our vacation. The communication and care which we were provided made this, our first trip on British Airways, an excellent experience!

Lots of great movies to watch on this 9 hour flight to NOLA, and the only downside was food that was almost inedible - never happened before on a BA flight I've taken. Luckily, the food on the return trip was much improved. Great ice cream bars were given out, so that was a plus.

We had problems in both flights, from LHR to GRU and return.
We are waiting British Airways solve the problems.
We have both reference numbers that were opened in the end of both flights, but after 1 month, I am calling / emailing / comment at facebook page / and no answer from British Airways.
Hope all people think before buy a ticket with British Airways...

Efficient as has been my past experiences with BA. On time. Not everyone’s choice but suits me. M&S sandwich always welcome on the way home.

Always a good flight, usually fly out of San Diego, but travelling with friends we left out of LA and did not have any problems, smooth as silk flight on time, no hassles.
