We had 3 flights from Winnipeg to Puerto Rico and 3 on the way back. The flights were on time and the Delta personnel were pleasant and accommodating. I had occasion to talk to Delta before our flight and the service personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful too.

Flight was ok but the staff were generally not friendly. I'd almost call them snotty. Despite having reserved my flight 4 months in advance, I was nearly bumped going out and couldn't get a decent seat on my return flight which was a red-eye. I definitely will not be flying to Hawai'i on Delta again.

Absolutely Awful!!! This trip took over 12 hours when it should have taken 5! Original departure was approx 5pm. About 1-1/2 hours out of LAX Fuel gauge in one engine failed so had to go back. Because fuel in tanks, we flew around LAX for 2-1/2 hours in circles. Don't they check equipment?? After returning, had to wait 3-4 hours for another plane. Finally left LAX again at midnight arriving about 6am. Horrible. Return flight almost as bad. Plane nearly 4 hours late leaving Kauai. We were offered little bags of snacks and water. Passengers were treated like cattle!!

Top notch, experienced flight crew. The bed is comfortable enough to make the flight easy to take, but OY the food! I get that cooking for large numbers of people who won't actually eat the food for a long time isn't easy, but this stuff is a disgrace. Other non-American airlines manage to do it, why can't Delta? Or any other American airline company. Sheesh.

Never again through Milan, terrible standing at gate to wait for them to open security. No help available, no sky lounge available as promised.
