Emirates maintained its reputation of good journeys. The in-flight entertainment was good, they served good food. Only complaint is the flight attendant were late to respond the call signs.

I had a terrible experience with Emirates Airlines - New Delhi to Dubai sector, first of all the premium airlines should not charge for better seat or leg space, the air hostess are very arrogant & dump the food, it seems that they are doing an obligation by serving food, i was travelling with a small kid, the kid was crying for water but they were adamant to provide water after boarding, not recommended, avoid this sector with Emirates.

As usual, great experience. Cabin crew very efficient. Meal delicious. Only complaint is that if you ask for breakfast, you are woken up two hours before landing.

We have used a number of airlines business class service over recent years and Emirates total experience wins hands down - only Cathay Pacific comes close. From the chauffeur service to the airport, check-in, lounges, cabin comfort and in flight service this was faultless. I never thought we would describe a long-haul journey as a pleasure but this really was.
We were on a 2 class A380 with business on the upper deck with a proper bar at the rear of the plane. Enjoying a Bloody Mary standing at the bar some 40,000ft above Baghdad is quite a surreal experience. The food was exceptional and for in flight dining nothing short of miraculous with seriously good wines to choose from.
The A380 really is so much quieter than any other plane and along with very comfortable and well designed seating we would have happily stayed on all day.
Finally and perhaps most importantly, the cabin service team were excellent.

This was our first time flying Emirates and we were very impressed. We were in business class on a Airbus 380, which is a great plane. All business class is upstairs and you board separately from the downstairs passengers. I believe there are 70+ seats in business. There is also a very nice lounge at the back with a bar, snacks and places to both stand or sit. The only neg to this configuration is that all the restrooms are in the back (we were upfront in business.) When night came, the cabin crew came around with a mattress for your lie-flat seat which made it much more comfortable than other business class seats. This was a 14 hour flight to Dubai with a change to Singapore. Due to problems at Dulles (not Emirates) we were late getting out and we missed our connection in Dubai. (FYI, Emirates does not hold a plane even if you are in the airport. They closed the gate 20 minutes before takeoff - no exceptions. Also, you have to go through another security check even to change planes in Dubai, which is weird and time consuming.) Emirates was great when we missed our flight and booked us on the next one which was 12 hours later. They put us up at a very nice hotel and we were able to shower and get a nap. They also paid for a meal and picked us back up when it was time to go. What remains in my mind is the friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness of all of their crew.
