Early start. The ground staff need to learn to be a bit more helpful, Long q and not the easiest no online check in, and no duty free inflight sales either .But on the whole a good journey and friendly staff in the air good take off and landing and information provided by flight deck fine.

On time, friendly, professional. Food is god-awful. Same thing every time, rice or some kind of grain/pasta with vegetables. No protein of any kind. One big problem: They allow children to run screaming up and down the aisles all during the flight. Extremely dangerous. This really needs to stop for obvious reasons. The FAA would never allow it. However, after taking Arkia, I will make my reservation earlier and take Arizona.

it was my first time to fly with foreign plane and it was very good . the service was great . the meal and wine testing was good idea

On this trip we took Georgian Airways on two short flights one domestically within Georgia and the other a short International flight of only 45 minutes.
The first domestic flight was from Batumi to Tbilisi a short flight of only 35 minutes and was to depart at 07:45 we departed the small Batumi Airport at almost 10:00 AM!…This two hour delay was compounded as we were waiting in a very small departure area with very limited seating! The majority of the passengers were standing and the ac was not functioning properly!!
The second flight was fro Tbilisi to Yerevan the capital of Armenia and once again our flight was delayed but this time by ‘only’ 35 minutes!
The service onboard was very limited due to the fact that both were short flights.
To book these two tickets on line must have consumed at least 3 to 4 hours each of my time as their web site is very unreliable and ‘touchy’. It kept going back to the first page to add the flight information. I just discovered that they list as their partner’s Air France, I was impressed but then I talked with the Air France Office and they are NOT partners with Georgian Airways!! This is definitely false advertising.
I do not suggest one takes Georgian Airways unless it’s an emergency and only as a last option! A Very Poor Service Airline…One to be avoided…

I bought a return ticket Amsterdam-Tbilisi-Amsterdam and they confirm the transaction, took the money from my credit card but they havent confirm the reservation in more than 12 days......
I contact them via phone, mail and Facebook and there is not answer from them.
