Check in opens early enough to be able to print off boarding passes before you go on holiday
Check in is usually a quick process owing to having plenty desks open so limited queuing at airport which is fantastic.
Range of goods is average but difficult to have too much choice anyway and the food and snacks are tasty enough.
When at destination again they have adequate staff so no messing about at airport when you land.
Reps at hotel site daily so again always good to see if they are required.
Space on planes is better than some other travel companies so there is space for legs.

Downside
Having to pay to prebook seats (but all travel companies cheat you that way)
make sure you check in online if you book it that way or will be charged at airport.

We flew out on a dreadful snowy day so we had quite a delay on t he plane.it was ok apart from having to listen to t he hold my hand jingle.Staff are really pleasant and the return flight was on time.good service and we have booked w ith them again.it was cheaper to go on a package with them rather than do it ourselves.

All too often one hears complaints on here. I would like to praise a company and an individual. Late last night we were returning with our family from a holiday in Lanzarote. Our six year old autistic and non verbal grandchild woke up as we landed and was promptly and violently sick. The Jet2 cabin staff could not have been nice or more helpful. One in particular, Joanne, was especially kind to Thomas and noticing his sweatshirt was unwearable on a cold night, took off her cardigan there and then and put it on Thomas. This was above and beyond the call of duty and speaks very highly of Joanne's kind nature and the qualities encouraged by a very good holiday company who ensure that our experience is as good as they can make it. I hope Jet2 can identify Joanne and commend her for her actions.

It was my husband and i first time using Jet2. We have been extremely impressed.
We had flights and accommodation with them. From start to finish the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The flight was excellent too. Plenty of room on plane (im 6ft)
They do a check in in accommodation facility. You check yr bags in on day of departure and thats it. Straight through to security. Brilliant idea. Watch the other companies follow suit.
We will not use any other company from now on.
