Never fly with Malaysia Airlines. Not sure where to start. First, I bought a ticket, and it went $500 cheaper in 10 days. The second flight was delayed, and the only option was to cancel, but they would charge $400 per ticket. Planes are old and crappy. My luggage was delayed, and we got it after 4 days. You cannot fill contact form, it is my challenge. Customer service is hopeless. They take calls but cannot help you. We didn't do online check-in, so they gave us seats in different rows, and I had to pay to sit together. The fan was very noisy, and the food was rubbish.

Save money it is not worth going by Malaysia Airlines.

Kula lumpur to Auckland 10 hr flight entertainments screen having error on all seats. 10 hrs without any movies or songs.Food was really bad. Terrible experience.

When you book extra legroom seats take care as if you have to cancel they’ll refund the fare with penalty but not the cost of the seat - which they’ll clearly sell again.

Nothing indicates that when you pay but they’ll tell you as it’s an extra service it’s not refunded. It’s a seat. So maybe as you’ve still technically paid for it they’ll leave it empty for the flight.

I don’t think so - double selling seems wrong

Put me off flying with them again.

Buying and paying for services not provided !
Old aircraft’s that business seat are sold as flat bed but malfunctioning and not even reclining - imagine a long haul flight overnight and having to be seated all the way thru !!! avoid !!!!

The flight and services where good, however luggage handlers destroyed a brand new bag, literally snapped the fibreglass shell, how i do not know!!!
Spent weeks which turned into months trying to get someone from MA to come back to me they just never bothered responding, give the attitude they don't give a F*** once they have your money, that's it, unfortunately they need to learn a thing or two about treating customers luggage with respect as well as their grievances! AVOID AVOID AVOID
