The worst airlines ever. They delay the flight and give a hotel voucher conveniently. Then wait for one hour to get to the hotel and surprise,surprise! It's already time to come back to airport for next flight. I travelled from Perth to KL and the flight was supposed to reach KL at 7:55 am. The next flight to blr was at 9:10 am. The flight reached kl at 8:30 am (the delay which could be covered but no effort from airlines side) and I was at the gate for next flight at 8:35 am. They could've easily let me board the flight because the boarding had just started but no they like making us suffer and the staff at the gate was rude. This airlines should be banned. I don't want a fancy hotel I just want to reach my destination on time. And this is the third time this is happening. Moreover they don't even care to send an email about the delay. I reached my destination 12 hours late.
