The Lounge service was muing area ch better in Paris than in Doha.
The staff attended to us in a very personalized manner, the food was very good and the rest area was satisfactory.
However I have seem Qatar put so much effort in making the Lounge Lobby look super. I wish they would pay more attention to where the travelers really stay and experience: the food primarily and the places to eat/ rest. No one stays in the grand entrance. The grandness of the entrance just makes the difference from the lounging area more apparent. The impression is all for show and not for comfort.

Qatar Airways Business Service can be categorized in Lounge service and Flight Service.
At the Lounge, the food was ho hum since Doha was the hub.
The food was so compliance level. It provided food at its most unexciting level. The lounge may be huge and expansive, but that has no benefit to a traveller. The large reception area attempts to give a wow, that becomes a damper when food is blah. The bathrooms were superb.

The flight service was exceptional. My husband and I slept minutes after take off, even if we were hungry from the lounge, since we came from a tiring business trip, When we awakened in the dark, the staff approached us immediately and offered the meal we missed. We never even called their attention. Wow! That was our first happy experience.

It was the first time i try this airline and might be business class too, that was during the last nipal earthquake crises (may'2015), even the ground crew need more professional training, but a cabin crew were excellent and friendly, new and huge aircraft, magnificent services too ..

It was an excellent service and well organised, cleaned and always on time (for me anyway). It was a really bumpy flights esp. at night (both ways) but landed safe which was the most important thing. Will used it again no doubt!!!

I am a top tier card holder at all major alliances, and Etihad on top.
But I flew QR business class like 12 timesr last 18 months...Conclusion:
they are the best.
