Recently flew with Ryanair to Tenerife have to say with all the hype that was going on it was memorial travel , the staff at both Dublin and Tenerife and on planes were excellent they could not do enough to make your trip nice.They could not have been nicer they exceeded my expectations I would travel again with them

Ryan Air was a lot better than I thought it would be I have to admit.

Good:
Leg room - more than BA
On time
Good service on board

Not so good:
All the yellow on board - it's so jarring
Cancelling our flights last minute

we found from the minute we approached ryanair staff at palma airport very helpful and friendly as i needed special assistance. the flight was excellent and we found the captain very informative telling us when we flying over paris. landing was perfect

We flew Ryanair from Bristol to Faro even though they had bad press for cancelling flights at short notice or not having a pilot we were a bit worried travelling recently. NO need to worry the service was excellent both flights going and return took off on time with no delays all I can say is Ryanair not all bad we would fly again

Our first flight with Ryanair, booked by our tour company Pure Crete. We had Row 19, seats C,D & E. Was extremely concerned after the Ryanair cancellations were announced 2 weeks before we were due to fly but our tour company told us everything would be fine & it was. There is only one flight from Bristol to Chania on the date we wee due to fly and it was unlikely to be cancelled.

The flight check in was from 04:30 for the 06:30 flight, so we checked at this time - no queues, basically just bag drop as we had already been sent our boarding passes by the tour company. Pleasant staff at check in. Flight was on time, we had priority boarding and were one of the first on the aircraft. The flight was about 4 hours. No in flight entertainment is provided and the seat backs on the aircraft don't recline. Food & drink was offered but as we had had breakfast in the airport we only had a cup of tea which was very expensive - £2.90! The flight attendants were personable & helpful. The journey was fine and we arrived on time. We returned a week later, everything was acceptable apart from the late departure of the flight from Chania, by 30 mins. I would definitely fly with Ryanair again - in fact we have already booked another trip to Chania for June 2018!
