Flight was OK. However we had booked and paid for airport private taxi transfer from Porto airport to our accommodation but the taxi never arrived. After a 15 minute wait we telephoned the number on the transfer confirmation. It turned out that this was in Lisbon (Oh, you are in Porto, he said in the control centre.) we were told that the taxi was on its way and would be there in a few minutes. 15 minutes later we rang again, - same operator told us the taxi would arrive. 10 minutes later we rang again and were told to wait outside Costa Coffee (just in front of the Arrivals Gate), we had been waiting all along in that location. After another wait (and repeated calls to the centre which were not answered -clearly he could see our number and did not want to take the call) we took a standard taxi from the rank outside. 5 minutes into our journey we had a call from the Lisbon operator saying our taxi was waiting for us with the driver waiting for us at a (now) different location. We tried to get a refund from Ryanair - but of course nothing to do with them. The website for Lisbonryder (given on the voucher) turns out to be a composite site (a bit like Yellow Pages) with no means of identifying the service provider to contact for a refund)

Flown with Ryanair a number of times, can be OK but also annoying with all the optional add one, also some of the snacks and drinks a bit over priced in my opinion. But would definitely use again because of some of the airfare prices

Flight was on time on both directions, only fault is the new seating arrangements, placed apart although flight was only 15% booked. You have to pay to move seats, it's all very unnecessary and also I can't see it being allowed for long. Hour wait for baggage on arrival at Stansted. Cabin crew were working hard and did a good job.

The changers the airline ( Ryanair ) have made has made the flights a great deal better , the hand luggage problems with everyone taking on over-sized bags and holding up the flights while messing and dithering about in the walk way seems to have been speeded up , ( as the bags go in the hold now ) which makes the flights leave on time , the splitting up of families and couples still occur , but this flight was far better than our last one with Ryanair , as I say if you do as they ask then you will have a smooth flight ,

We found the seats quite small, also kind of squashed, seats in front were too close, however both flights there and returning were in time! I was impressed with that. Not much turbulence, flight there was 3 hours, for some reason it took 3.5 back? Smooth though, a hot chocolate was 2.50 euros, bag of sweets the same, chocolate bags were 4. Trouble is, you have to pay extra to sit together, if you leave it to them to seat you, you'll be all over the plane, glad I paid that extra else it would have been uncomfortable sitting squashed with a stranger.
