We were called to gate on time but after being herded into room to board it we were stuck there standing for 1 1/4 hour before the crew arrived. We can expect delays but why call us to the gate when they must have known.

We left Stansted on Thursday nearly an hour late, left Edinburgh on Sunday over an hour late, had to wait 15 mins for someone to open the doors then waited 45 minutes for baggage!! What an absolute joke of s company

Due to heavy traffic we arrived VERY late at Stansted airport and were afraid that we would miss our flight.
Ryan's staff at the check-in desk were extremely helpfull and got us through the check-in and security control in a hurry. We ran to the gate (one of us had a bad leg so he could not run very fast) and there they were about to close the gate. When we arrived they opened up again and waited for all of us to get through - and we just got on the plain in time...
I feel that the staff at Ryan's gave us extraordinary services and only thank to them we could fly home as planned. We were so grateful for this and will surely fly RyanAir again!!

The reason given by Ryanair for it's new baggage policy is "Our customers hold up the flight" Our recent flight experience saw all passengers sitting ready in their seats waiting for 30 minutes before take off. PULL THE OTHER LEG RYANAIR we are not idiots.

I have used Ryanair in the past were there was a delay in the departure but this time i was really pleased, there were no delays and the journey went smoothly. The attendants were polite and helpful as always.
I dont really appreciate the policy change regarding the bags, an additional 10euros in the ticket both ways but if you book early you get a low price so it works out after all.
