Ok trip, but the way Ryanair do things is beyond me.
The staff on board were great, professional and polite, No beef with those guys.
On my flight out, I paid 12 euros to take my bag on board with me. It used to be free, but now they have reduced the size of your free bag.
On my return, I couldn't book a "priority and two bags" and had to put my bag in the hold at a cost of 50 euros, the cost of a 20 Kg bag, even though my bag was only 8 Kg. I did not have the cheaper option because all the overhead locker space had been allocated.
When the boarding was complete, I noticed that the overhead lockers were not full. there was loads of space available.....
I complained to Ryanair, and even attached photos of the free space. Also in the terms and conditions, It states that a 20 Kg bag for the hold can be purchased for between 20 and 40 euros.
The reply was that all the overhead locker space was all booked, but passengers had not taken the flight.
This was a complete LIE as all the seats on the plane were taken.
When I tried to reply to the email they had sent to me, it was blocked and returned to me.
Also in the terms and conditions, It states that a 20 Kg bag for the hold can be purchased for between 20 and 40 euros. They said that on certain flights the cost may be increased at certain times. This means that they can charge whatever they like, whenever they like.
I have no choice but to use these scum bags as they are the only airline that fly to Bournemouth from Murcia International.
If they need to claw every pound they can from passengers, then why not put the flights up a bit.....and have happy customers
AND ....on the flight out, lol, only about 10 passengers were in the Non Priority queue. The rest of us important PRIORITY SHEEP were in a queue a mile long
