Review of Singapore Airlines

We were travelling through to Singapore then onward to Barcelona. This flight on a A380-900 departed Sydney on time, arriving into Singapore early which gave us a leisurely stroll / monorail to catch our next flight from a different Terminal. From the boarding, to the flight and service every aspect made for an pleasant experience.

Row 62, about three from the back on the giant luxurious double decker but in economy there is nothing luxurious about hearing the toilets constantly flushing.

We were given a menu for our meals but why because by the time they got to our row there was no choice at all, rice for breakfast. On the plus side excellent selection of tv & films.

We did 4 long haul flights to & from NZ with Singapore airlines & on 3 of the 4 flights we sat in rows the 60's to the sound of flushing toilets. So much for belonging to their loyalty club!

They charge you high but some times worth it! first of all you always feel much safer flying SQ as they maintain the fleet up to date. this flight is A350 world class air craft with so many good features. Also while flying SQ you get WIFI and stay connected which is the best thing and no body offers on this route. The staff is trained well and mechanized but excellent in service. Crew takes care of you for small things as well, always the cockpit crew is best of all. The Indian food they serve is more Indian than any Indian carrier. Over all if you can afford it this one is the best one except their MUMBAI ground staff at check in counter !! but its not their fault all staff at Mumbai is like that !!

Since this is first flight with baby, when book the ticket, I cannot find right row/seat & near by toilet to make easier me when needed.
When I asked by email to customer service, they fully supported & immediately give a row 26 for 3 of us, near by toilet.
Thanks to SQ for excellent service.
When check-in, I got priority to check in first since I was with baby.
And service is good until SG and also back to Jakarta.
Will definitely book this airline if have interesting promo.

Cabin service was fine, and while other nearby passengers seemed to eat all their meals, the fish in my Fish Linguini dish was tough and leathery, and my wife's Chicken Curry contained one small piece of chicken Neither of us ate more than one mouthful.
