NEVER Again!! Always flew on United Airlines, was talk into flying with SW by a friend. All passengers are seated in window or aisle seats. Unable to fly with my Husband for 5 hours trip with my medical condition. I was in tears the whole ride... while in pain. I will try my best never to ride again.

We had 2 hour delay leaving Omaha, weather, which put us in Houston late. Southwest held the flight to Puerto Vallarta until we got to the flight!!! Kudos to Southwest!!!!

Our four flights went off with no problems and were treated with respect not like you are treated by the top three. We can't wait for Southwest to fly to Hawaii. Just hope the planes have a little more room because of the length of the flights. Hopefully they will go to a bigger plane (757 or 767).

After a busy, emotional visit to pay tribute to wonderful man, our flight going home delayed 1 hour 10 minutes initially, due to maintenance issues. The delay continued to be extended even more so. Or was this to consolidate flights? For the money paid and planning for our trip, this is a big inconvenience. No backup planes in these situations? Southwest should pay up for the inconvenience.

I chose this route flying into smaller Ontario Airport to avoid the chaos of LAX when planning a trip to Palm Desert. We were on a larger newer SWA plane which was great. Renting a car was easy and only a bit over an hour to drive to the desert. Outbound flight was Nashville-Oakland-Ontario. Return was Ontario-Phoenix-Nashville. No complaints—-friendly o time service.
