I usually don’t stay in places with few reviews; I have 2 small kids -9 and 4-and can’t really take chances. But I took a gamble on seascape because it was within our budget and in the right location. I was not disappointed. The hotel is brand new, everything on the inside is how it looks on the website. Staff is extraordinarily friendly; they even drove us to a restaurant one night in their golf cart. They provide bikes to get to the area where most of the shops are- about a 5 minute ride- and best of all their golf cart drops you off and picks you up at grace bay beach where they have chairs and umbrellas right next to the Somerset Hotel. I almost felt bad for those people paying many times what I did for the same beach. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but a very good place called Mr. Grouper’s is in walking distance. I would definitely return, it’s nearly impossible to find such a great deal on Providenciales.

A modern contemporary hotel with large rooms located near Grace Beach.

The pool is fabulous and you will find yourself taking a dip in its clear waters quite often.

The exquisite beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel offers FREE bikes which is very handy. They also offer a free shuttle to the beach.

The room is large as is the bathroom. It has a small kitchen which means you can make snacks anytime.

Staff were fabulous in every regard.

For the price i got the room it was a steal.

Our 1 week stay at Seascape was a dream. We stayed with our 6 month old and found our room very comfortable. The rooms are large, spotless and air conditioned. Security is present at all times and a small safe is in every room. A small kitchenette was handy and came equipped with dinnerware and utensils, a toaster, microwave and large bar fridge. The hotel had pack and plays available for use.
The wifi is reliable and we were able to stream Netflix and Music with no issue at all, although we spent most of our time by the pool or ocean. The pool is steps from the rooms and has a variety of loungers and shade covers. The ocean is a short 3min shuttle or 5min walk to Grace Bay Beach.
There are several restaurants and cafes near by and bicycles available to get around.
An added bonus was the affordable boat excursion on the beautiful crystal waters of TCI. Ask at check in for their partnership with the captain and large day tripper boat with sub coverage.
Lastly, we couldnt say more nice things about the staff at Seascape. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a family vacay or trip with friends.
