Seascape is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a clean, modern hotel that will not break the bank. We stayed here with our children and loved it. I liked the boutique hotel feel. Their golf cart service takes you to Bay Bistro (restaurant and beach set up). The downtown area is within walking distance (1-1.5miles/10-15minutes walk) or you can use their bikes. I highly recommend it, especially if you are traveling to Turks and Caicos during peak season. Beth (front desk), Danielle, Alex, and the rest of the staff provided excellent service.

We stayed here for a few odd nights here and there in between hotels. It suited us perfectly for one or two nights but I wouldn’t book my entire vacation around it. Incredibly clean room. Bed large but quite high up off the floors. There is also a plastic sheeting underneath the bottom sheet which is not that comfortable but I understand the purpose it has. Not good enough though for the rates you pay.
Bathrooms great but hot water not fantastic. Took a long while of running water to get it up to a nice temperature and even that wasn’t as hot as I’d like. Plenty of towels to use of all sizes so I didn’t need to call down for more replacements.
The swimming pool area is a sun trap! not any wind so if you’re fair skinned be very careful. There is no shower by the pool for you to take before you get in or wash off after you’ve been in for a dip. There are noodle pool floats to use for free but no inflatables.
There is a shuttle which is free of charge and will take you to the beach. Remember to pack your towel. These are in your room. If you lose it you get charged. This is all explained in the welcome pack.
There are also some biked to use. They’re heavy so don’t plan on cycling too far! If you’re looking to walk to Grace Bay it will take you approx 20 minutes.
TV is local channels only. No smart TV hub available.
The kitchenette is not equipped with metal cutlery, plastic only.

I usually don’t stay in places with few reviews; I have 2 small kids -9 and 4-and can’t really take chances. But I took a gamble on seascape because it was within our budget and in the right location. I was not disappointed. The hotel is brand new, everything on the inside is how it looks on the website. Staff is extraordinarily friendly; they even drove us to a restaurant one night in their golf cart. They provide bikes to get to the area where most of the shops are- about a 5 minute ride- and best of all their golf cart drops you off and picks you up at grace bay beach where they have chairs and umbrellas right next to the Somerset Hotel. I almost felt bad for those people paying many times what I did for the same beach. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but a very good place called Mr. Grouper’s is in walking distance. I would definitely return, it’s nearly impossible to find such a great deal on Providenciales.
