I recently stayed at the Seascape hotel. The rooms are clean but unfortunately I had run into trouble on 2 occasions.
One day they forgot to clean the room and I told them but they still did not clean the room.
The last day I left a day early because the airlines informed of delays and to rebook. Even with this information they would not refund me the last day. They gave me an email address to email which I did and never heard back from them. I don’t think it’s professional to run a hotel and not have a reasonable policy to refund the guest money particular when the airline tells you to rebook.
These kind of policies will not result in return guests
