Room with all the facilities you need. Everything in the rooms is new. Low prices. Friendly staff. Easy access to the beach and Bay Bistro (on a golf cart from the hotel reception). Lack of an on-site bar certainly goes against an excellent experience.
I have to say this was my first time in the Turks and Caicos. I decided to stay at this hotel it’s very clean and nice . When I first booked on Airbnb I checked all the reviews and everything was good . I did my own research and I said let’s check this out . As you arrive everyone was waiting for you and the hotel room was very clean . The staff I can’t stop saying was so nice , very professional and always there when you needed them . You do have a choice to ride a bike or have someone in the golf cart take you to the beach. The beach view is amazing no words can describe the view . The restaurant at the beach the food was good . If you want a cab anyone at the front desk will call for you . I have no regrets staying and I do encourage anyone to check it out . I want to give a special thanks to Beth at the front desk . From our arrival to our departure she was truly the best very warming . Also a next thank you to Daniel he took us back and forth to the restaurant and the beach and shared what’s coming up in the area . He was truly welcoming and I appreciate everyone’s effort to make us feel welcomed.
We were leaving provo when all the morning flights were suddenly cancelled. We had already checked out our rental and needed a quick place to stay. The Seascape came to our rescue. For 299.00 the lodging was great. Clean, modern and close to all activities at the Bight. Would highly recommend for a safe, easy and very well appointed boutique experience

I recently stayed at the Seascape hotel. The rooms are clean but unfortunately I had run into trouble on 2 occasions.
One day they forgot to clean the room and I told them but they still did not clean the room.
The last day I left a day early because the airlines informed of delays and to rebook. Even with this information they would not refund me the last day. They gave me an email address to email which I did and never heard back from them. I don’t think it’s professional to run a hotel and not have a reasonable policy to refund the guest money particular when the airline tells you to rebook.
These kind of policies will not result in return guests

We apologize, Sandy, that your room was not cleaned due to the DND sign being left on in error. Once informed, we provided fresh towels as housekeeping had already left for the day. As for our refund policy stated on our website, we do not refund for shortened stays; however, we offer the use of those funds for a return stay within 12 months. This is an offer all our guests can avail of in times like these or for unforeseen travel issues. For an issue with the airline, they also have their refund policies, and we strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance that covers in times like this. The Team at Seascape Hotel
When planning for this vacation, we were hesitant about choosing Seascape since it was not located right on the beach, and it was a smaller hotel in comparison to those we stayed in the past. We were blown away by the service, cleanliness, attentiveness to our needs and the amazing staff. This young generation so well mannered, professional, and prepared to meet our daily needs made us feel right at home. Kanthal sweet welcome and tour around the room/hotel. Beth daily attentiveness and sharing conversations with us plus, Alex a "do it all", kind of young man. Made this a memorable vacation. Thank you for making our anniversary #29 so special. The card, champagne was greatly appreciated. I will be back with more family and friends in December. Not luxurious or fancy but a place that felt like HOME!!!
