Beautiful complex - safe and impeccably maintained. Spacious condo with everything needed for a week of r&r. Beach was stunning - exactly as depicted in the website. Even at full capacity, it was quiet and peaceful , We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return.

After visiting many pristine beaches, this is my top 3 favorite. The water is perfect- calm, warm and turquoise in color. The sand is fine white. Being in the island, the only thing to do is connect with nature and this resort is perfect, the villa we stayed has everything you need. A 2 bedroom villa is about 180sqm, so plenty of space plus a covered, netted outdoor dining and seating area with the perfect view of the ocean. The resort is Not crowded, private and house keeping does a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the resort. There’s no fast food chain in the island which we like so we are forced to either cook or try local restaurants. We are planning on returning for spring break!

We love our private stretch of Grace Bay Beach but love, too, that we are five minutes to anything you want to do on the island! And
yes to no fast food restaurants on the island, too! We are so fortunate to be in walking distance of several amazing beachfront restaurants and a short five minute car ride into Grace Bay Village!

What can I say about the Tuscany that hasn't been said before? If you are looking for quiet, relaxing family vacation, the Tuscany is perfect. The 5 star service starts before you get there! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SHAQUELL! I had so many questions and she answered them all, multiple times before, during and even after our stay! We got stuck in the global glitch and had to stay an extra day which they did their absolute best to accommodate us. The entire staff is incredible! Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming! We stayed in unit E402. It was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could hope for. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The groceries we requested were all stocked when we got there. Housekeeping was great with daily service. We brought our own floats, but there were floats by the beach and pool. There is no restaurant on property, but food and drink service was provided on the beach by the restaurant next door.
The staff really needs to be complimented because they make the Tuscany 5 star!

Thank you for telling TA readers know, too, about Cabana Bar & Grille next door! We consider them our "off-site" restaurant because it's so easy to walk over there and grab breakfast, lunch or dinner -- and their poolside and beachside service has been amazing for our guests!

We stayed here because it’s not an all inclusive resort. Our son is a super picky eater and my wife and I aren’t big drinkers or need a huge buffet. We checked in and then went to a local grocery store where we found everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Our unit had a full kitchen and our room had a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We could step out the door and be on the beach in less than a minute. There was always plenty of chairs and umbrellas and you weren’t on top of other people.
The only excursion we did was a half day snorkeling and island trip. It was set up through the Tuscany. After a minor setback on the day we tried to go, we ended up going the next day and the people working at the Tuscany couldn’t have been more accommodating and actually comped our excursion do to the mix up (something happened with the boat and crew and they never showed up to get us on the day we initially tried to go).
We would highly highly recommend The Tuscany to anyone not looking for an all inclusive. I would absolutely stay here again. I’d actually live there if I could.

We love that The Tuscany isn't an all-inclusive resort either! Many of our guests love the fact that each oceanfront condo has its own fully equipped kitchen with state of the art everything -- and enough cooking utensils for guests who like to dine in! I hope that you were able to use the grilles located on the ground floor, too!
The staff felt so bad about the mixup on the snorkeling excursion and we were happy to comp the trip for you because of the inconvenience it caused.

The Tuscany was PERFECT. The location could not be beat with pristine beaches that were the clearest most serene ever [and we have travelled alot!]. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed including daily housekeeping. The team is fantastic, warm and super helpful with a genuine interest in making it easy for you while on vacation. The Tuscany is located towards the end of Grace Bay Beach and away from the crowds and noise which was exactly what we wanted yet a 2 minute car ride to the large resort area and downtown shops and dining.
It was perfect all around.
