Hi Everyone! I don't even know how to begin about the wonderful experience that my family and I received from this special resort. I've stayed at the Seven Stars many times before and have ALWAYS had excellent service! But this stay was different as I brought to the resort my grandchildren......two rambunctious 4 year old grandsons, one busy (noisy) 2 year old grandson, and my 7 week year old granddaughter. Yes! You read correctly, 7 weeks! Yikes! Needless to say I was quite nervous, to say the least!

I am happy to tell you that the staff at the Seven Stars was up to the challenge of handling myself, my other family members and the kids! They went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and they are sooo accommodating! This hotel is beautiful and wonderful for children! Lovely pool and beautiful Grace Bay ocean just steps away. Fortunately, for those of you traveling without kids, they have a quiet adult pool for you to read and rest. They even have a small playground that my grandsons enjoyed.

The rooms are beautiful!! We stayed in the ocean front rooms (splurged for the room, you won't be disappointed). Large balconies, lovely kitchen, comfortable beds, plus a washer and dryer, which is a necessity for kids.

Breakfast is amazing and was actually one of my favorite family times of the morning. I was hesitant about eating at a buffet with COVID initially, but the staff is diligent about disinfecting your hands while dining and are constantly wiping down surfaces. As a nurse, I liked seeing that and felt reassured of all the extra measures this hotel was making in order to keep us all safe while on vacation.

As you can imagine, dining with 4 kids can be challenging. We really enjoyed eating our meals at "The Deck" restaurant. Lovely, practically sitting on the ocean and they had live entertainment. Wonderful!!

I could go on forever about how lovely this resort is! I've come here with adults only and now with children and the Seven Stars, each time, has exceeded my expectations.

Lastly, I'd like to thank "Mr. Mike" for all the attention you gave my family while hanging at the pool. He is awesome!!

My housekeepers, Guerda & Danuka placed fresh flowers in our room during our stay! And gave my little grandson a surprise toy each day! I have no words to express my gratitude. And Mr. Jamy, it's grandma! Thank you!!

I am beyond grateful for all the staff at the Seven Stars.

As a First Responder, I was seeking a place to just catch my breath before going back out to the COVID battlefield. You helped me, even with all my grandchildren running around, achieve the solace and pure serenity I was searching for.

Seven Stars Resort was everything we could have imagined. We were greeted by our concierge, Jamy with a drink and cold towel. Jamy provided a personal tour of the property pointing out the amenities and escorted us to our lovely room. The ocean view junior suite was beautiful with two balconies, a comfortable bed, and an unbelievable view of Grace Bay beach. Jamy was very friendly and informative and during our stay when he saw us, he would stop and say hi, he was great.

The buffet breakfast was included and had a variety of eggs, personally cooked eggs or omelets, fruit, meat and breads that varied each day.

The resort was very clean, and the staff constantly sprayed our hands with sanitizer and wore masks. The resort was mask optional except entering the restaurants.

The private canopy by the beach provided us comfort with the assistance of Charles who took care of us making us feel special from bringing us drinks, food, and towels with his wonderful smile and personality. The food was excellent from a coconut shrimp snack at the pool or beach to a gourmet dinner at the restaurant Seven. We can't say enough about Charles and his excellent hospitality service at the adult area including the adult pool and private canopy area. He should be a trainer for others at the Resort on how to treat others. We heard him speaking French to other guests and so attentive.

The water of Grace Bay was the most vibrant shades of turquoise and pale blues that we will never forget. We had several massages at the spa that didn’t disappoint. We will come back to Seven Stars and next time we will bring the family.

This is our fourth trip to Seven Stars and it never disappoints! From a welcome back bottle of wine in our room to being greeted by name with a delightful welcome back, the staff is amazing! On the beach, Lila greets us daily, by name, and brings us our morning mimosa! Seven Stars offers an experience that is challenging to find at a resort. For these reasons, we will return every year
